Kirstin is an artist with a deep appreciation and curiosity of the natural world. Her work often showcases the plants and creatures found within the Boreal forest, influenced heavily by where she lives in Northern Ontario and her education in natural resources.

She often explores different mediums, opting to jump between printmaking, watercolour and acrylic with the occasional sprinkle of ink work. Her deep appreciation of each subject and creative impression tends to draw her to explore a variety of styles and method of expression.

Acrylic works

These pieces are a combination of commission pieces and local studies.

All done on gallery stretched canvas, using premium acrylic paints.
